COVID-19 SALON SAFETY GUIDELINES

SALON SAFETY:

• We have made sure our salon is well sanitized with disinfectants, sanitizers and air purifyer to keep our environment fragrance free, relaxing, clean and safe as possible.

•  Masks are optional, to be worn by Guests and staff if recent Covid exposure or having other contageous illness during your service.   We will have complimentary disposable masks if you forget yours.  Your consideration is appreciated!

 You will be greeted at the door and we’ll open it for you.  Upon entry, feel free to use the hand sanitizer, which we will provide or wash your hands in the restroom. 

• Employees who experience flu-like symptoms or direct exposure to a known Covid 19 infected person, will be required to stay home until they are symptom-free.   At that time we will reschedule you as soon as possible.

Relax, be wise and be kind.

We are all in this together.


SICK POLICY:

• We ask sick guests to please stay home.  We reserve the right to ask you to reschedule and return home, if it appears so, out of concern for other guests, our families and staff.  The same goes for our staff.  If any of us isn’t healthy or is feeling some symptoms, we will be sent home immediately.  We appreciate your kind and mindful action here.        

• If you or someone you have been exposed to is not feeling well or is sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately.  We’ll be happy to reschedule you.

• If one of our stylists is diagnosed as having Covid – 19, They will quarantine for 10 days and return upon a clear review and recovery.  We would close the shop for a day to deep clean and air out.  We would also call any guests who may have been exposed.

Hopefully, if we are all wise and observe social distancing of at least 6 feet,  and wear our masks, this won’t happen.  Let’s all keep the infections on a downward trend. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• All cancellation fees related to Covid – 19 , will be temporarily waived to ensure the salon is a safe environment for other guests and staff members.  

• Our cancellation policy is 24 hour notice before your appointment. 
Cancellations with less than 24hrs will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not show for your service the fee is 100% of the scheduled service. We are requiring a card on file to book appointments. 

Please be considerate of the limited time we have to serve our guests.  If needed we will be happy to help you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
